Elba
Mrs. Chonez, you received a message from a teacher saying that the allegations against him were completely fabricated.

Mrs. Chonez
What does that have to do with me (giggles).

Elba
The events occurred at one of the main high schools of your jurisdiction.

Mr. Chonez
What happened this time?

Elba
He says that it took the school seven months to write up what had happened in March so a lot of the students had graduated by the time he received the write-up.

Mrs. Chonez
It took almost eight months to make the allegations against him?

Elba
He says it was because the district used a process to falsify what had happened.

Mrs. Chonez
That’s ridiculous! Were they not present in his classroom?

Elba
An administrator only entered his classroom once during class because a student was upset that he got a drink of water without wearing his mask?

Mr. Chonez
Well, then how can you get a drink of water?

Elba
The student was upset so the administrator, Mr. Plassner, came into investigate.

Mr. Chonez
And what did he find?

Elba
A class full of students about to do a presentation; and he saw the teacher with his mask off getting a drink of water again.

Mr. Chonez
What did he do?

Elba
He kept drinking the water so the administrator took his class out; and then he wrote him up; and he was fired getting a drink of fiji water with his mask off -- all of the other allegations were fake.

Mrs. Chonez
That cannot be true.

Elba
He says if there was a camera there, that’s what everyone would see.

Mrs. Chonez
I must talk to the lawyers

Elba
He says the lawyers are controlled by the corporations

Mrs. Chonez
Who can I talk to then, Elba?

Elba
He says you have to use your own brain. He says don’t be afraid. There’s a film called the wizard of Oz where the tin man is afraid to use his brain too. He says it’s a parable about how you might feel right now.

Mrs. Chonez
Like I can’t use my brain?

Elba
Exactly!
