Three tells that prove we live in an illusion of loops:
- Tribal thinking has become dominant thinking
During my research process, I found the district organized its administrators by complacency; and chaotic tendencies - if you did not know you are a bad leader, you were promoted for unknowingly promoting the districts’ culture - (reference Suzanne Blake at Vista Middle School (Bill Webb, etc) and Downtown Arts,, reference Derrick (see sexual harassment narrative enabled by LAUSD insiders, reference: administrative gang) from Nobel Middle School); the other type administrator is the one who is easily controlled through subtle fear and intimidation that she will lose her job - Felicia Drew).
It took me a while to realize that LAUSD does this on purpose; it sets the premise for a nonsensical environment; when I become Governor, I will address these issues as I explain my deep study into how LAUSD actually works; I will do a thorough review of my experiences at each of these locations, and what I learned about how LAUSD actually functions.
