What does Kelly Gonez & a Little Black Girl from Compton have in common? | Destiny
Louis A. De Barraicua is making an interactive film inspired by experience where he learned the reality of a $20Billion Dollar school system that exemplifies the depth of how lawyers are the proxy for how the school system has been taken over by Individuals hiding behind layers of non-profits backed by corporations who employ the husband of Kelly Gonez at Treepeople.org

Penelope: Can you explain why you’re focused on getting School Board Member Kelly Gonez’ attention?

Louis: I should explain that the way I went about getting the elected officials attention was quite unconventional because I had to verify for sure that LAUSD had bad actors deeply embedded in its legal infrastructure - that’s the only place the district can get away with stealing so much money - through its lawyers who share a common world with the elites where they collude to steal not just money, but the timelines of entire generations of families.

Penelope: What did you do that was so unconventional?

Louis: I should clarify that the first year I began teaching I was in Compton; and I had a little girl stop me in the hallway to tell me her and her classmates were being mistreated…at first, I was confused, but then as I thought more and more about it…I tried to think of a real way I could possibly help such a sweet little soul - what could I do?  The answer nagged at me my entire teaching career.

When the Global Learning Xprize came up with a prompt for one of their contests, it finally gave me a way to think about it.

Penelope: What was the Xprize prompt?

Louis: If you could hand anyone a device that would guide their journey on Earth to their true purpose, what would be the interface of that device?

Penelope: And this is what you tried to present to the Division of Instructional technology where you were systematically retaliated against by Sophia Mendoza and her two employees who influenced the mind of a new principal, Felicia Drew, to target you, even though she knew you were innocent?

Louis: I really thought we were all trying at school sites to solve the problem collectively - that’s how how naive I was…and so when that happened…it was my way of understanding reality.

Penelope: How did you end up at Van Nuys High School?

Louis: After I was cleared from all of the false allegations made against me by Felicia Drew, who very clearly understood they were false - she admitted it to me in her office - and that’s how I figured out how it was happening - Felicia Drew is an obedient personality profile - ISTJ - a very strict traditional type on the Meyers Brigg- receptive to mind-control techniques - that’s why the district picked to take down Millikan Middle School’s film program - she is the obedient type, and she is very afraid to lose her job - surprisingly, unprincipled - but that is quite normal - nothing extraordinary.

Penelope: So you understood the process…

Louis: When I was cleared of the allegations, LAUSD refused to bring me back. That told me it had been something deeper that had gotten to them -- and was beginning to understand little-by-little that LAUSD’s lawyers are the hidden corporate element inside the school district no one can detect -- once I knew this…I realized the only way I could participate in this narrative is if I figured out exactly how they worked -- so I had to make myself an easy target.

Penelope: You made yourself an easy target?

Louis: They had to believe I was irrational, and that I had no credibility…so I accomplished most of that through social media…where I knew they had been tracking me because they had sent investigators to follow me around my neighborhood, even though in reality, I hadn’t even done anything - tax resources wasted -- I realized how delusional these people were so I photographed their investigators and sent them photographs…but they still did not yield. They came at me even harder, which shows how accustomed to success they had gotten. These lawyers and their friends never lose…they have a process…and I was very curious as to what it might be…

Penelope: Because to know reality, you must immerse yourself into it, right?

Louis: I know it sounds a little cliche, but yes…immersing myself into the adventure. I may not climb mountains, but I like to discover reality through real behavior, just to see what reality actually is….

Penelope: And now you know?

Louis: I do, but most people don’t care, not even the representative of District #6 for LAUSD - the Harvard educated local, Kelly Gonez - whose attempts to listen to her community are so contained and out of touch with reality that I’m sure the lawyers watch her in amusement at how naive and silly she is…to the lawyers inside the system, she is easily controllable because she’s only scene the inside of an LAUSD classroom, Harvard, then back to teaching two years, then she became a school board member with a very limited view of reality - she’s an obedient slave of the system - a law firms dream - a pleaser - a righteous character with zero effect on her community, like a princess surrounded by dwarves creating an illusion while she whistle while she works while her community gets decimated…and she thinks her caring words are effective, but that’s the irony -- it’s all naivety - and she is controlled by a group of people so ruthless she would not imagine they would be performing such wicked deeds.

Penelope: Do you think she will awaken from her wicked spell?

Louis: When I was at Van Nuys High School I knew I was being targeted because I was not given access to the system - not the attendance, not the grading system; they even tried to make it so I could not leave campus by locking the doors at lunch -- that’s illegal behavior, but they had no problems enforcing it, like I had no rights -- so already, they probably did not know that I knew that I was being targeted - so I had to prepare a trap for them.

Penelope: A trap?

Louis: Since they would not bring me back after I won my first case with the CTC, I started to run for mayor -- and that caused them to bring me back.

Penelope: That was your plan?

Louis: It was my best effort that turned into a good plan -- the principle of GOD - is that you follow your heart - and that’s what I did.

Penelope: What did you do when they brought you back?

Louis: Since the premise of my return was cleary hostile, I created a highly paradoxical situation - I taught at my highest capacity - I even got students to get art notebooks - and I provided instruction for them that I was quite happy with  - but then, what I did was create a campaign that was completely fake and negative that the district would use all the data from online to judge what I had done in the classroom - which is exactly what happened - and they faked the entire complaint about me based on my online content that I created under free speech as a mayoral candidate.

Penelope: So you saw first-hand how they took students in an underserved community, and feed them a sexualized context…and it showed you the true wickedness inside LAUSD.

Louis: Yes, and once I knew the truth - it made me focus applying my skills as a storyteller to explain to Kelly Gonez how her community is being abused - after I left, there was a fight - and it turned into a BS publicity spin - but it was really something deeper that was occurring inside the school that was hidden - Carvalho lead the press conference and it was all an illusion - he’s gone because he was so corrupt, and so is Sophia Mendoza, who got demoted to an elementary school; and even Mr. Strassner - the dude who faked the whole write-up that he and LAUSD  used to try to take my credential - that also failed…so here I am - a living example of how we live in a dystopia, and telling the truth about what occurred is going to lead to a completely new reality where Kellly Gonez finds out the truth by overcoming her naivety, pride, and self-righteousness - I will create the story that it takes to awaken her and  her community.
