Testing "X" as a Media Platform
I’m not sure what they’re called anymore on X - but they used to be called “Tweets” - it’s a form of communication I never really understood, unless you’re really well-informed and also engaged in reality as it flows - a hub of information that’s linked up to wallstreet and the political world - that’s the really value of the data stream that Elon Purchased - as an observer of the phenomenon I have never understood how to engage…until now. I have to say I’m impressed that Elon Musk appears to have reacted to something I said. That gives me hope that maybe something is real - his presence has been validated because I said something he reacted to…that’s the first time anything like that has ever happened to me in all my years in interacting with platforms - most of them are pure illusions - dead internet - X has a pulse - I have to recognize Elon for taming the shrew…haha.
Anyway, they way I learned about how tweets are interlaced with Wall Street and Politics, and the style of communication that is difficult for me to adapt to because you have to understand the tornado you’re getting into, which for a guy as clueless as me - it’s quite a task - but finally I’m to the point where I can interact with X now that I’m a political candidate. X has definitely refined Twitter’s vision - my favorite part is using their article feature, but there’s very little interaction there - it’s like a little colony with no engagement - it’s pure isolation - there several ways I’d improve what Elon’s is doing - that would make it a much better tool. I wonder if he would swap an insight for an investment into an interactive story I’ve authored.
I'm thinking about how I could frame the proposal.
