Penelope: Do you endorse Spencer Pratt for Mayor?

Louis XX: I know Spencer from the Future. He actually turns out to be a redeemed character because all the bad stuff he did in the past he admitted to so now in the eyes of God - he could be giving Spencer that role.

Penelope: Do you feel you are the real Los Angeles Mayor?

Louis XX: I came to Los Angeles with the belief the there was real opportunity, and there really isn’t - it a culture of bullying and exploitation -- that’s a reality I’m interested in transforming as the California Governor, and I think Spencer Pratt is one of those guys who knows maybe that he doesn’t know enough, and that’s a good sign - I detect a Lion’s heart - and personally, I find that probably the most exciting character trait a person can have.

Penelope: Do you want to be the real Los Angeles Mayor one day?

Louis XX: Maybe after I’m Governor that’d be a good role for me - I want to be in the trenches with the people, helping them personally create the settings for the narrative of their reality. I want to make sure that they are redeemed as a people through an economic narrative that is going to focus on fulfilling the unmet needs of those with the greatest unmet needs.

Penelope: How are you going to do it? End homelessness? Really?

Louis XX: Think of everybody who is bored who can be incentivized to create an environment that can be incepted for twenty million dollars anywhere…minimalist launches - integrated revenue platforms - managed by a remote control to your life - in this reality - everybody wins - if you’re alive - you win - being optimistic means you’re OK.

Penelope: What’s one of the most interesting things that’s happened to you lately?

Louis XX: That’s a good question - I usually drive nights - yesterday I had really meaningful interactions that left me touched, moved, even inspired by the people in Sacramento and Placerville County -- I sang with a few of them, hung outside my car with some of them - one of them even invited me into to have a drink with her and her friend …and I wanted to...but I had to be professional - though I have never hung out in a bar before like that…at my age…or at any age, except maybe when I was a teenager in Spain - I was one of these guys who was almost always in a relationship so to develop a relationship with myself as an adult has been a part of my development. I used to be afraid to be alone, but I see now how free you are, going around talking to anyone you want and not having someone jealous or asking me where I am - I’ve never had that - and it’s the the kind of true feeling of freedom that makes me feel like an American - not in some school trying to program kids to be slaves to a system that exploits them to their deathbeds, like pigs harvested - cows monetized - they’ve programmed almost everyone, and to awaken people - that’s my goal - that’s why I’ve sacrificed my savings, everything I have to make a breakthrough because it’s like America is truly about freedom - no being a slave to corporations, and rich people who are pigs…non-artistic vampires mooching of God’s Earth while they surround themselves with the silently enslaved - I cringe at the reality the media has made everyone blind to.
