Notes:
Will test with audience before production, refine messaging & visuals
Requirement: Hire Graphic Artist, estimated cost $150.00
Purpose: This informs the population of the pre-production to the Golden Road
Rationale: To do an initial media buy would get some attention in the media hub of the world – Los Angeles
Support: That’s where a high percentage of media people work. The billboards would help that segment of the population become aware of candidacy
Second Reason: This campaign helps fund the first communication of :
1) Transparency
2) The End of Homelessness
3) Transformation of Education in California
